Treatment approach can vary based on presenting issue but generally includes a variety of evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care (TIC), solution-focused therapy (SFT), and emotionally focused therapy (EFT).
We promise to respect your comfort level while also encouraging and helping you to step slightly out of it when needed if it will help you overcome your struggles or move towards your goals. Discussing difficult experiences and trying to identify/change thoughts or behaviours is not always easy, but we promise to help you every step of the way.
